Welcome to MSELC!
I'm the Owner, Director, and Teacher here, and since purchasing the centre in 2005 with my husband Darren, it’s been a joy to see so many families become part of our community. With over 20 years in early childhood education and a Graduate Diploma in Education and Care, I now lead our 3–4-year-old Kindy program. I'm also proud to share this journey with my daughters, who are part of the team here. Our child-focused curriculum follows the Early Years Learning Framework and aligns with the National Quality Standards, ensuring a nurturing and high-quality learning environment for every child.

Why Hello!
I'm the 2IC, Pedagogical Leader, and Kindy Room Leader here at MSELC. I’ve been part of the centre for over 10 years, starting as a volunteer at 16 and completing my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. This place holds a special place in my heart, and it’s a privilege to support children and their families through their early learning journey. I’m passionate about mentoring educators and creating meaningful learning experiences.

My name is Taylor, and I’m the Assistant Educator in the Kindy room at MSELC. I hold a Certificate III and have recently completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I first joined the team in early 2021, took a short break in 2022, and happily returned in 2023. I have a genuine passion for early childhood education and feel privileged to support each child’s growth and development during these important years, alongside their wonderful families.

Hello everyone,
I started working at MSELC in 2024, and I’m proud to be Miss Vicki’s second-oldest daughter! I’m currently studying my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while also completing my Bachelor’s Degree at Edith Cowan University to become an Occupational Therapist. Working in childcare has deepened my passion for paediatrics, and I feel so lucky to be part of each child’s learning journey. I love supporting the children as they grow and achieve their goals!
Our Cook and Cert III Educator
Hello everyone!
I’m the Cook here at Meadows and am also currently studying my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education. In addition to preparing nutritious meals, I love helping out in the afternoons and being part of the children’s daily routines. I create seasonal menus that follow early childhood health guidelines, with a rotating four-week cycle for both summer and winter. With my kitchen right in the heart of the Kindy Room, I get to connect with the children every day—so feel free to stop by and say hi!
